Summer Plans

We have a ton of travel planned for the summer and an overall crazy schedule, so I'm not going to be posting menus until school starts in the fall. Life should settle a little by that time. Jenn stopped posting last month, so the blog will more than likely sit idle for a few months.

Scheri week of 6/1

We are having another one of our crazy weeks! I was out of town until Tuesday evening, so we pick up with Wednesday this week.

Wednesday: (we had a lunch date, lots of food, so not overly hungry for dinner!)
cheese & bread
veggie salad
watermelon, cantaloupe, cherries

Thursday:
Avocado/Pico Salad
Cheese Quesadillas
Chips & Salsa

Friday & Saturday: out of town

Sunday:
Lettuce Wraps
Pad Thai Pizza
