It's hard to believe it is already May! Last week was a quiet one, so now we are paying for it this week. We have a booked schedule, so our dinners are all quick and easy this week.
Monday:
Salad - I need to go to the store to figure out what, but I have a big craving for SALAD :-)
Tuesday:
Sweet Potato Mac n Cheese (kid's choice)
Steamed Veggies
Wednesday:
Stir fry veggies w/ rice
Thursday:
Veggie Melts
Edamame Salad
Friday:
Chana Masala w/ rice
Saturday:
leftovers (cleaning out the fridge before we go)
Sunday:
We are out of town until next Sunday - YAY!! Vacation time!!!!
