I'm still trying to get inspired this week. We had a great time with the menu last week, but this week is going to be another story. I am trying to find a good recipe for home made energy bars, so if you have one, please pass it on. I'll post the recipe if I find a good one.

Tuesday:
Asparagus Risotto
Zucchini Gratin
Spinach Salad
Wednesday:
Hummus & black bean wraps
baked potatoes
steamed veggies
Thursday:
Pasta w/ pesto, artichokes & sun dried tomatoes
Friday:
Chinese Fried Rice (didn't do it last week, so it's back on)
Saturday:
out to eat
Sunday:
Veggie Burgers
steamed veggies
