Vegetarian Bun
Vegetarian Bun (Spicy Noodle Salad) - I don't have a picture, however this is one of the best tasting salads and it looks pretty too! Rather than using a Thai chili in the sauce, I used a dash of Srirachi Sauce. One other modification, I baked the tofu rather than frying it. Everyone in my family loved it and thought it was better than the restaurant version.
