Another busy week for us! Last week's Edamame and Carrot salad was wonderful! I suggest making it the day before, because the left overs tasted even better than the fresh salad. Because the weather was cool on Wed and Thur, we skipped what I had planned and made something else. I can't recall what we made though... This week, I don't have anything new on the menu. Since there is so much going on, we will stick with old recipes. Here goes:

We are out of town.

Sunday: (We are having dinner guests)
