It's almost April so I'm getting inspired by some grilling recipes and more warm weather cooking -yea!!
Sunday - smoked turkey legs w/cajun rub (will use leftovers for ench), grilled stuff portabello mushrooms, corn and tomato salad
Monday - Smoked turkey ench (kind of making up a recipe: blk beans, salsa verde, lowfat cheese, roasted peppers, lowfat sour cream, whole wheat tortillas), mex salad w/corn, lettuce, blk beans
Tuesday - portabello cheeseburgers, sweet potato fries
Wednesday - Baked pasta w/turkey sausage, salad
Thursday - Pork tenderloin, mediterranean stuffed tomatoes
Fri - Turkey brats, tators, corn
Sat - Caprese salad, garlic bread
Sun - Hamburgers, edamame salad, sliced baked potatoes
