Monday: Taco Soup and festive corn and broccoli (I've never done the veggie recipe.... I'm sure I'll have to alter the butter content!)(Also, I always use ground turkey and add extra spices!)
Tuesday: Rice with black beans and Avocado Pear Salad
(some of the ingredients are missing in the Rice with Black beans and Chili Cheese recipe. They are:
6-serving quick cooking brown rice, 3 cloves of garlic, crushed and minced).
Note: I haven't tried the recipe yet!
Wed. Raviolis with French bread and salad
Thur. Leftovers (hopefully)
Fri -Taco pie (sorry, no recipe, it's one from my old food coop)

These are some great recipes! I really want to try the Taco Soup and festive corn and broccoli, minus the meat. I'm so glad we decided to do this, it's great!
The kids love the Taco Soup, but no one liked the corn and broccoli much. I think I'll just steam the corn and brocc. next time.
